One of my distinguished recipients has sent me the attached
"last message" of Bertrand Russell, dated two days before he
died in 1970.
Nothing has changed since, but there is a tiny glimmer of
hope amidst the horrors of the past four months for some
change for the better in the not-too-distant future.
